Your information is securely stored on our computers and third party providers’ servers.

We keep contact and financial transaction inline with the Church in Wales’s policies. Information for at least six years after the financial year they relate to. We will then dispose your information by deleting all emails after 6 years. Our third party and banking providers will deal with the data stored by them in-line with their own policies.
